Our sturdy carriage carries many major components. Whether mechanical, electrical or hydraulic, these components give our delimbers all the strength they need for even the most difficult jobs. The boom base connects the carrier and the delimber while the tunnel-type boom base has an octagonal opening through which long stems can be passed, lengthening its total delimbing reach. Additionally, weight support for the long stems is provided by a floating trough connected to the boom base by a hinge system that eliminates the need for adjustments.

Telescopic Delimbers — DT4100 SERIES Pierce Denharco offers you the DT4100 models - The most versatile telescopic delimbers on the market today. DT4110 – DT4130 – DT4150 The modular design of the DT4100 series adapts to different types of operations. Its simple and efficient relay box electrical system gives the DT4100 reliability and productivity that ensures you exceptional profitability.

Ideal for confined spaces, the DT4100 handles stems with speed and precision. Its impressive delimbing reach of over 54', combined with the tunnel-type boom base for sequence delimbing, allows the DT4100 to handle one long tree or several small stems at the same time.

The DT4100 offers 3 possible drive configurations - a chain drive with a fixed-displacement motor, or a winch drive system with either a fixed-displacement or a variable-displacement motor. All three configurations are equipped with a brake. The cable-driven system is easy to maintain while ensuring operating precision.

One-Piece Boom Delimber — DM4550 Pierce Denharco offers you the DM4550 model — Fast and robust. This monoboom delimber is built to meet the highest industry standards. Fast and robust the DM4550 is ideal for large diameter trees no matter the species.

Its powerful winch drive system with parking brake attached to our patented variable-displacement motor gives the DM4550 the ability to optimize available strength and speed according to your needs. The quiet and easy to maintain cable-driven system and auto-tensioning ensure operating precision while reducing downtime for manual adjustments.

The DM4550 is equipped with a Dasa4 measuring system.

Its heavy-duty construction makes it comfortable and quiet, no matter the conditions in the forest. Its robust 12" x 12" monoboom is made of a special alloy and offers an impressive delimbing reach of over 45', a delimbing feed speed of 14 ft/sec and up to 21 ft/sec with the XStream configuration.

DMC4140 model

MonoBoom Delimber — DMC4140 Robust, fast and powerful, it is undeniably the best in its category. The new DMC4140 was designed to face the harshest treatment and conditions. It inherits the know-how and the proven components of the 4000 Series of Pierce Denharco delimbers for which Pierce Denharco is famous for.

With it's shorter boom, the DMC4140 was specifically designed to mount to a 20 metric ton carrier without compromising the stability. The DMC4140 offers our customers a product of superior quality while reducing the initial investment required.

The DMC4140 is best-in-class. Its heavy-duty construction makes it comfortable and quiet, regardless of forest conditions.

Its sturdy 12" x 12" one-piece boom, made of a special alloy, offers a delimbing reach of over 41 ft, a speed of 13 ft/sec and a pulling force of up to 10,000 lb.

The DMC4140 also distinguishes itself with a new winch drive system paired with a fixed-displacement traction motor, improved hydraulics and a reinforced head that can host a modular butt saw.
